Jinhee Lee, assistant professor of history and coordinator of Asian studies, has been awarded a short-term research fellowship at the National Museum of Japanese History. She will conduct her research on her on-going project, “Writing Fear, Drawing Trauma: Children’s Narratives of Collective Violence in Twentieth-Century Japan,” while working on collaborative projects with the Japanese researchers at the museum during the summer of 2010.
